What is a SCEC Approved Locksmith?
The Security Construction and Equipment Committee (SCEC) is a standing interdepartmental committee responsible for evaluating security equipment for use by Australian Government departments and agencies.
As SCEC Approved Locksmiths (registered and maintained by T4 Protective Security), our highly vetted technicians are qualified to:
– Maintain, service, and open mechanical and digital combination locks fitted to SCEC Approved containers.
– Supply and install SCEC-endorsed locks, specialized door hardware, and barrier locking systems to meet PSPF Security Zones 4 and 5 compliance.
– Ensure full compliance with T4 guidelines regarding the structural fortification of doors and windows within high-security government zones.
